watching movies with women and they're always on their phones

i don't know a single guy who's female partner is not texting, browsing, scrolling constantly throughout even a film that they chose and are interested in watching. "it's fine i'm paying attention" and then they ask you to explain pretty basic elements of the phone. infuriating.
