Extremely frustrated over getting ghosted.

I’m not mad at all for not getting the job. I get it. Someone could’ve been more qualified than me.

My interview was 16 days ago. They said they would reach out after a few days.

I’ve heard absolutely nothing.

There was 3 interviews. The last interview was an in person interview with lunch. I literally had to take an entire PTO day to do this interview.

I already have a decent job but I can’t believe companies can’t even email you a rejection letter.
