Is there a difference to you between living at home rent free and living in someplace your family/ parents own rent free?

I feel like people always push back on adults living at home rent free as being childish or not learning some lesson but not as much on people living in family property rent free. Or even people who get their rent paid by parents versus people who get gifted down payments
