Trying to remember a post about something the government did, can you help me?

I remember hearing on here a while about the CIA or some branch like that raiding a veterans house that they were suspicious of and they ended up killing the father and son unjustly. I could've swore the name of it was like maple leaf something. Am I just crazy??
