Thoughts on (sorta) pre-studying?

I know everyone is veryyy against pre-studying, which I COMPLETELY get. But I’m in my gap year rn and getting super bored. I have a job which keeps me somewhat busy but outside of that, I have nothing to do. I was thinking about taking a general anatomy class so I could just learn basic stuff right now. I wouldn’t pay for anything either so it’s not a waste of money. What do you guys think about pre-studying as more of a passive hobby?

(Also if anyone has any tips on what to do during the gap year that doesn’t involve traveling (bc saving) let me know!!!)
