Rainbow babies

Okay forgive me if this is an inappropriate question, but can “rainbow baby” be used in reference to a fertility treatment baby? I’ve googled this extensively and have found no answer, the only other option I saw was “miracle baby” but I feel like everyone calls their baby a miracle, whether they tried for forever or got pregnant on accident. I don’t believe I’ve had a loss before because we just straight up couldn’t conceive but the process of conception was emotionally (and physically) harrowing and I feel like fertility treatment babies deserve the title of or something similar to rainbow baby. But at the same time I’m not trying to appropriate that term and take meaning away from moms who have had any type of loss. Thoughts?

Edit: yeah I didn’t mean for this to come off as trying to steal it away from those with losses, it was just more of a question about if it also included people like me OR if there was another term that I just haven’t heard. Infertility doesn’t equate to loss, but it can have the same emotional fallout if that makes sense
