Watched some reel from a person giving birth and now I am scared

Yesterday I watched a reel with a woman who was giving birth, she is probably an influencer or so, it just popped out in my feed. O God do I regret that… there was lots of screaming and struggling, and now, I understand that labor is not fun and I want to be prepared for that. From the other hand side, it’s different for everyone, right? Right?? What do you think about such videos/information? Does it help to get prepared or scares you unnecessarily? I am 32 weeks and the time gets closer, which also doesn’t help 😄
