Poorly describing Powerpuff Girls Episodes.

Delinquent petsits a hamster and tortures it a la Sid from Toy Story, but, due to radiation, the hamster turns into a gigantic monster, so three super powered kindergarteners have to stop him, and in the end of the episode, teach said delinquent a lesson.
