Career paths that don’t break the bank?

I’m sure there’s already tons of posts on these… but I’m 22 currently making 18/hr as a security officer. I have 10k saved up, no debt and living with mom.

What are some career paths that I can look into without breaking the bank? I want to make enough to pay the bills but also a little more where I can start investing and saving up for like a rental property. Only thing that comes to mind is trucking but I have thought about going to trade school for like security systems/ alarm/fire tech. I want to be able to retire early.
