Cardroom in Killeen, TX PPO Poker caught with marked decks

Has anyone else here heard of this recent cheating scandal in Killeen, TX at PPO Poker? Marked decks in all the games put into play by the cardroom. Game organizer of big PLO game up 250K on the year claims had no knowledge of the marked decks. Marked decks that you can see with the special contacts. How was it discovered? Disgruntled player who had lost around 10-15K in the PLO game somehow figures out the decks are marked. Gets the special contacts and starts cheating to get his money back, game organizer tells him he can’t play anymore, so then guy decides to expose the whole thing. All decks were marked at each table.
