So, they're seriously not even gonna address the Rayquaza in the room?

Feeling VERY disappointed after watching the episode in Japanese, Ray (somehow) got beaten by these regular Pokemon with a bit of Terapagos help and then we get the short flashback and... Nothing? I had read sooo much how people were confident that the Rayquaza capture episode would show something about how in the world Lucius even got such a deity, and NOTHING? It's the most confusing and glaring part of the show and it'll just have zero explanation?

Horizons usage of legendaries remains wack.
