Pokemon Sun or Ultra Moon

I just started Pkm Sun but I also have Ultra Moon.

Some said to just go for Sun if I really care for Story.

Others mentioned to go with Ultra Moon as it is sort of better version but story is being dumb down there apparently.

I may not play both back to back, but maybe in years down the line.

For now, which one I should go for if i care for story, gameplay and QOL(if ultra has any)?

Also looking forward team recommendations.

I will only use Alola team (maybe one or two exception for some mon if they are that good)
