Question: PS Plus second account console.

Hi, I recently returned to playstation, I bought a ps5, I had a ps4 a long time ago with a US account (because the one in my region where I live was much more expensive GAMES), where I bought games and had ps plus.

Now that I'm back, I want to subscribe to ps plus, there is the annual promotion of 99 dollars but where I live in Argentina the deluxe is 70 dollars.

My question is if I create an account for my region, and add it to the console, will I be able to enjoy ps plus games and online games using my US account as a profile? (including trophies?)

Is there any special thing that I need to do? or just login with this new second account with ps plus and the console will recognize as ps plus for the entire console all profiles?

And will I be able to play the games from my old US account that I redeemed games from ps plus that are now blocked, or will I not be able to play those specific unless I pay ps plus in that account?
