wtf is this?? What do I do?

I had this weird very small dark purple ring right near my tailbone, almost didn’t notice it because it never hurts even if I touch or sit down. Then today I get up from the toilet and there’s blood right where it is, I take a picture and it looks like a hole torn open, like an open wound. I read that this could be a political cyst? Apparently blood coming out means it’s draining? It still never hurts or anything, and I’d like to avoid a costly surgery or doctors run if I can… is there something I can do about this at home? It showed up maybe a week ago. I have bad bodily health anxiety and I always worry about potentially small things like maybe this. Any advice is appreciated!
