methods of growth 2!

the first time i did this was great and i got a good few methods perfected! however, i want to grow even bigger, and have it last permanently! so i was wondering if any of you, male or female, have any permanent methods of growth you'd recommend or even help me with! whether that be realistic or fantastical!
