A little dillema

I don't know if I should laugh or cry. My PC was going through non stop bsod and random freezing. I would sometimes get over 10 bsods a day and that's not including the random freezing. It would even bsod while I was trying to reset windows. It took me 3 days to reset windows. I finally managed to reset windows without getting bsod at 90%. I was hoping that would help the issue and Bang bsod after a few hours.

I spent days testing and even had a friend test too. It is truly depressing my MB and CPU fried. What were the odds??? Intel Core i9 (10th Gen) i9-10900F and Asus TUF Gaming Z490 Plus LGA1200 both died. I paid a pretty penny in 2021.

I am going to build a new PC. Should I stick with Intel? It would be I9 285 or Amd 9950x? I never had an AMD PC before. I am leaning more towards AMD. If order the 9950x, I can my PC done by next. Or do I put up with bsods and freezing, to wait for the 9950 3d. The 9950 x is 800$ cdn.

I am going to be using it for gaming, coding, virtual machines, editing and my Plex server.
