Too little storage for a pc?

I've had this stormforce pc for abt 3 years I think and the main issue it's had is it never has enough storage. It only has 222gb which doesn't seem like alot considering it's called a gaming pc.

I've pretty much deleted any apps or other stuff I don't use but it's always either at 5gb of storage to a couple of mb free. Not to mention it doesn't have a graphics card which concerned me when I got it. I feel like it is the issue with the pc bc It is js slow and constantly crashes apps that have higher quality then a Nokia.

I wanna know what would help it and if I really need a graphic card badly (the pc is a stormforce onyx gaming PC bundle - AMD Ryzen 5 46000G)
