Poor Performance

ive just test bf2042 on ultra dls on balanced rtx off, im getting just about 60fps dropping to 40fps 1440p

CPU temp stays around 75c at 80%

ive installed latest chipset for the CPU. But still no luck, if any ones got any ideas it would be great
