Corsair Vengeance 32GBx2 6400mhz CL32 high latency issue (90ns)

Hello everyone,

my problem right now is, that I get micro stutters in basically all my games. You can also see it in my 1% and 0.1% lows:

Rust: FPS: 234 / Avg FPS: 94 / 1% Lows: 58 / 0.1% Lows: 54

Valorant: FPS: 900 / Avg FPS: 300 / 1% Lows: 62 / 0.1% Lows: 62

I didn't benchmark any other games yet but the micro stuttering is in basically every game except maybe League of Legends. I even notice them in Valorant, in which I run like 600 plus fps which is really odd to me.

A fella on my original post Ryzen 7 9800x3D Super Low 1% and 0.1% : r/AMDHelp told me that it could be my RAM. I tested my RAM with the AIDA64 mem latency test which threw a latency of 90ns at me, which is supposedly, very very high. (Normal latency should be in between 60 and 70ns)

My question to you: Is it possible that my stutters in all of my games might relate to the high latency? Is my RAM kit maybe damaged in any way?

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3D

GPU: EVGA 3090 TI

PSU: 1000 Watts

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GBx2 6400mhz (DOCP 1)

Storage: 980 Samsung PRO NVME

Monitor: BENQ Zowie 240hz xl2546

Windows: Just fresh installed it with only the programs I need: NVIDIA APP with disabled overlay. Chipset drivers. My Bios is up to date.
