Best settings for streaming with AMD (Cpu/Gpu)

Hi,

My setup is the following:

- XFX Radeon 6750XT 12GB

- Ryzen 5800x3d

- 32GB DDR4 3600

- Download speed: 100-150 Mbps (i'm on a FWA)

- Upload speed: 50-60 Mbps

I would like to stream 1080p 60fps, what are the best OBS settings to do that?
