It's possible you forgot to answer the last roll-call this year or that the bot just made a mistake. In that case do reach out! If you did not answer enough roll-calls there's unfortunately nothing to be done

do feel free to reach out! However, we can only grant you flairs for years where you responded to enough roll-calls to keep the challenge fair for all and keep the value in the flairs

Please reach out to us if the bot gave you too many flairs! We'll make sure to update your flair and our records

Data collection

The bot we use to handle flairs, u/AuntieRobot, collects data that is connected to your account. The data is collected and kept indefinitely under the current configuration. To be compliant with data protection regulation, please send me a DM here on reddit OR a response to this thread OR a modmail if you wish for your data to be removed. Please do keep in mind that during a data removal you will lose eligibility for all flairs.

What data is collected

The bot keeps 2 tables in the database:

• users: this contains your username, your old flair from last year, and your new flair that will be applied this year
• posts: this table contains the year, the post ID of the rollcall you answered to, your username, the first 500 characters of your response to said rollcall, and a flag that details if your answer was parsed as a win/loss/unsure
