Need Personal Trainer

I've been working for around 8 months now. I've lost decent amount of fat and gained muscle. For the last 2 months or so, it seems I've hit plateau. I acknowledge the fact that my diet hasn't been very strict lately. Also, I'm doubtful about my lifting form now that weights have increased.

Hence, I am looking for a fitness trainer who can correct my form and also make me accountable for my cheat diets. I live in sector 46.
