5 week old 99.7 temp 4 days wtf

Baby boy has caught something from my older two kids. Highest his temp got to was 100.2 it’s been going up and dropping. I have no insurance so I can’t just take him to regular pediatrician we just moved here. I’m so pissed, pretty sure it’s the adeno virus. Worried I’ll go to the hospital just to be turned away? Considering there’s no medicine a 5 week old can take. Pls give advice.
