Could Zhang Ziyu play in the NBA?

I don't mean would she be good obviously or even a starter. But she's 7'3"! That alone qualifies 95% of people at that height. Also she seems pretty quick for someone that size, and has good touch with the ball too and a good midrange shot. Not a jumper though as she wisely never jumps lol
