What is your favorite Eric Clapton song including all his former bands?

I hear this guy can really bring the Blues. I know "I Can Change the World" and "Layla unplugged" but I don't think I know any others. I may know more of his songs and don't realize it's him. I recently posted the same question for the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Janis Joplin, Grateful Dead and Led Zeppelin. I have some Great playlists and I thank you all!
