Strange uptick in Plays

So I released a song- Deep Waters- on Friday, 11.22; and getting more plays than I have ever seen or expected. While I was checking the Playlists that added my song, I am not sure what these represent. Just scared if mine got added to some bot playlists. Is there a way to tell apart these or know if these are genuine plays?
