Websites to find contractors that can help configure MSP tools?

I need to set up some custom reports in Connectwise that a customer has requested, and really have no interest in learning how to use the CW report writer. Has anyone used any of the 'freelance' websites like Upwork or Fiverr to find subject matter experts to assist in configuring line of business tools? If so, how was your experience using that service?
