Trilogies where the 3rd movie is the best

It seems to me in most cases of movie trilogies that either the 1st or 2nd are commonly considered the best entries. But which in which trilogies do you consider the 3rd movie to be the best one?

IMO I feel that's the case in these trilogies I like, and I'd love to hear your picks!
