Should i take a job as a mechanic?

I’ve been working as a car parts apprentice for about 10 months now. I’m not all that happy right now with it due to some bullying by a coworker for the past few months and isn’t being taken seriously so i plan to look for a new job after christmas. Was originally going to apply to one but this one came up today.

I was in a kawasaki shop today getting a tinted visor and i jokingly asked “you guys hiring?” and sort of laughed it off but then the guy behind the counter said “we are actually” they’re looking for an apprentice mechanic.

It’s much closer to home, pays more and i can definitely see myself being a lot happier there. I’m still in doubt though because i don’t know if switching from cars to motorcycles is a good choice.

Is it a wise choice? Or should i just stay at my current job and just suck it up with the coworker.
