RouterOS NTP Server: Works on everything except Windows

Very interesting, all devices are on same subnet, it works on my following devices

• Synology NAS with DSM 7
• Linux with
  • Chromyd
  • Systemd-timesyncd
  • Ntpd-rs
• I even joined NTP Pool and the monitors have no issues reported

Though it is not a big problem, because I can point them to one of my Linux server, but I'm still curious what is the problem.
