Fabricator Messed Up Brushing - Advice?

Long story short I had my table fabricated, specifying a linear brushed finish. I have had tables fabricated by them before and the finish was perfect. This time, they messed the welds up slightly and it warped the Alu, meaning they had to adjust the table and re-brush by hand. They didn't tell me they were re-brushing by hand and the brushing is uneven and they have missed areas leaving different textures on the top which is very visible. The bottom level of the table is perfect brushed finish, and they are not taking accountability so I am having to sort this myself.
