Need advice related to publishing research

Hello, hope you all are doing well. I’ll do 1-2 researches that’ll be retrospective, and data will be taken from hospitals’ patients data/records. I want to publish in good Q1 journals. What advice you would give me related to this matter? My research will be on ob/gyn topics.
