Current MD/PhD contemplating switching to just MD for the upcoming (2025/2026) application cycle - how do I find out what programs I would be competitive for?

I am a post-clerkships pre-step/pre-PhD MSTP student currently studying for Step 1 and 2. I have a whole other post on the thought process behind dropping the PhD but long story short is I would be likely to re-integrate into the MD program around about May or June if I make that decision.

For PSTP applications it was going to be easy, just go based on research. But if I am looking to apply to general internal medicine, where am I supposed to go to assess my competitiveness? It looks like there isn't any centralized database of step 2 scores, resident demographics, etc. At least not that I can find? Can't get guidance from the MD program on this without them consulting the MSTP that I am considering dropping, so I am trying to be as well informed as I can externally.

Outside of the titles and as above, does anyone have any input on what those months would look like for me? June to September should be plenty of time to cram in a Sub-I, ICU rotation and an advanced elective or two, right?
