Iron infusion - does it help?

Can anyone give me advice if iron infusion is the best next step for me?

My iron levels have been consistently low. My GP was so weird about pushing me to iron infusion but also making me take a decision instead of giving me more proactive advice based on expertise.

I am 37 F and ferritin has been low consistently for more than a year. Taking iron tablets. Vegan diet.
