possible brain swelling?

22M. i woke up wednesday morning feeling completely out of it. it hasn't gotten any better at all. I've had this constant pressure behind my eyes and my temples. my neck is stiff. i can barely keep my eyes open most of the day because i'm so lethargic. i've been very light and sound sensitive. my vision is blurry. my whole body feels weak. and on top of all that i've been having stomach issues, no vomiting but occasional nausea with diarrhea, and it just constantly feels like my stomach is growling even though i'm eating. and last thing, i've had fluid build up in both ears for a couple months and it's feeling so much worse. the doctor just told me to wait it out and prescribed me meclizine. disclaimer: i do not have health insurance at the moment and can't afford an ER bill.
