What’s going on near Harvard (northbound)

On each train I’ve been on in the past few days, we’ve always stopped for 1-2 minutes and then lurched along very slowly as we approach Harvard. This isn’t the usual slowdown around the curve (trust me, I know that), it’s a lot worse and adds solid time.

This could just be a fluke in my trips but I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this, or if any of the MBTA people here had explanations. I just have PTSD from the slow zone era
