Are Glitches hints for Ultron coming?

My conspiracy theory is that the weird glitches like Super Master V and "The Power of Anger" glitch some ppl got are hints that Ultron is coming to the game. I have no proof other than an Ultron takeover of the game would be cool marketing or whatever
