My manager f’ed up and now is attacking me
Hey all, just wanted some honest feedback on how to proceed.
Our manager has delayed and not submitted required paperwork for our accreditation. As a result we lost accreditation a month ago. To be fair they (the manager) have had personal issues.
Most people did not find out about this until the accreditation board randomly emailed us for feedback.(we did not hear anything from management before)
Now I am being attacked for reporting this loss of accreditation to those who did not receive the email, and for asking for asking why we were not notified by management, before the loss of accreditation.
My question is why would they want to hide and cover this up as opposed to fixing the problem? The loss of accreditation can affect payments so it should be a big deal? Why am I being attacked for reporting this and the others who let this happen, we are told to just ignore it?
Should I just quit? (I don’t want to, love the work) or should I take it to someone above?
