Suggestions for a 3-Day Malta Itinerary in March

Hi everyone,

I’ll be visiting Malta in March and have planned a 3-day itinerary. I’d appreciate your suggestions or feedback!

Itinerary:

  • Saturday (afternoon & evening): Spend the rest of the day exploring Valletta.
  • Sunday: Visit Marsaxlokk, the Three Cities, Hagar Qim, and Blue Grotto.
  • Monday: Explore Mdina, Rabat, and Dingli Cliffs.

Questions:

  1. Is this 3-day itinerary realistic? Am I missing anything important?
  2. At Blue Grotto, what’s the best thing to do? Should I join a boat tour?
  3. Is Dingli Cliffs worth visiting for the sunset?
  4. If you were me, would you change or add anything to this plan?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
