Age 18 , am I cooked 😭😭?

Experiencing hairfall since 1 year And also receded the hairline Now just oiled my hairs and lost 60-70 hairs while oiling

I have dandruff in my scalp (which comes under nails when I scratch)

Pls help what should I do remove dandruff and hairfall
