Worth replacing battery on 2017 13 inch MBP?
Hi all, I own a old 2017 13 inch a1708 MacBook Pro.
I don't use it anymore for anything productive, but it still really enjoy this machine for couch/kitchen table browsing, YouTube and music listening.
It still performs perfectly adequate for these tasks and I don't really feel the need to replace this machine to gain performance.
My battery is getting really tired, It drains from 100 to 70% in about 45 minutes, this is my coconut battery report.
It fluctuates, yesterday coconut battery gave me a capacity of just 67%, this morning it tells me it is about 80%.
How much of an improvement will I gain with a new battery? Again, this is just being used for browsing and stuff. Will it go through the day with a new battery?
This is a base model A1708, I5 dual core, 8gb 126gb storage.
