Low calorie, high volume snacks?
Hey all!!
I’m just starting back up on my weight loss journey. I lost about 20lbs last year in the first few months but lost momentum by summer. I’m really excited about starting up again and I’m already down 5lbs!!
So far I’ve really enjoyed meal prepping and it’s been really helpful, but I get kind of snackey at night.
I’ve noticed that I do really well if I have some foods I don’t limit- specifically ones I know are low calories and I can eat a big volume of before they add up. What kinds of high volume, low calorie foods do y’all eat? My go-to has been air-popped popcorn that I make on the stove. I’d love suggestions! Vegetarian/vegan suggestions are very appreciated too :D
