Where do you even start with cooking when your super busy & aren't good at it?

I work full time and study part time which means i have no time.i have a year left of school and feel so stuck right now i almost convinced myself to just start my weight loss once school is done. But i feel like crap and i know i need to do somthing about it now.

I hate cooking but know I need to learn to cook healthy,quick meals. Meal prep and planning never seem to work and the food goes to waste.i dont enjoy what i cook at all and feel overwhelmed leaving me living off take out. Any advice would be much appreciated.
