Loblaw seems to be going 100% in its targeting of children to drive sales. First, it launched the Marvel cards and is now piloting a Toy department in the Weston Road Superstore.
This one will go in the books; the largest grocer in Canada refused to address the cost of living crisis they created but instead started targeting young children of struggling parents to drive sales in their grocery stores.
