DLC

Hey guys! I just bought a PS3 because I wanted to play LBP. I just realized that all the servers are down and so is most of the DLC. Is there any (easy) way I can go about getting more outfits, community level, or water? I think I read somewhere that you can only get water under the pirates of the Caribbean pack and that’s what I was looking forward to the most. TYIA
