Out of InMails, even though I haven’t used all

I had around 120 InMails left, and sent around 70 InMails (half were open for InMail) and it shows now I’m out of the InMails.

Tried reaching out to support, but they seem non responsive.

Have anyone experienced similar situation? How to solve it?
