Experience with Airtel Fiber or Jio?

Amar ekta notun flat ache near Kabardanga, and I want a good ISP. My previous experience is with Wishnet and Alliance, and they’re quite unprofessional and unreliable in terms of service. Airtel ba Jio ki ektu better? Apnara keu use korechen? Ami etao sunechi je Jio naki onek ports block kore which are used for Software Development (node, npm, raw.github etc). Is this still an issue?
