[KCD1] question first time player choice consequences

Playing the game for the first time. I've been playing RPG since Morrowind release. I am the type of player who does every single side quest so RPGs take forever to complete.

My question is. Are there timed quests? For example, in ME2 you find legion and basically have to go straight to collector base otherwise there are consequences to your Normandy crew.

Are there quests in this game that need to be completed before I continue main story? Is there a point of no return?

Also, when sneaking around at night, do some villagers just not sleep? I'm in Sasua now and those citizens just get up and walk around. Or wake up as soon as I unlock a lock.

Last question for now. I stole divish armor. If I sell that will I screw up story down the road? I'll put it back if need be.
