confusing names

Im watching The Kardashians s1 ep1 and its so fucking confusing. Theres a guy named "scott" there's a "travis" and theres a "travis scott" there 3 different people. Whos whos ex or husband/boyfriend. there are so many children. i cant keep up 😹
