I seriously need help

In another post i talked about how I've lived an extremely bad life for the oast nine years because of my abusive father and me my sisters and mom all went to the US embassy to renew our passports but me and my younger sister cant renew ours because we aren't 16+ we need our fathers permission but we obviously cant do that were doing this all without him knowing so we can leave to america and be free but they said either my mom can get full custody to us or we get his permission but we cant do either so the question is, will the US embassy renew them if they know our story? If so/not what do we do?
